How should I clean my upholstery?
Our upholstery products have a tag located under one of the seat cushions or under the unit itself.  The tag shows a universal cleaning code.

Do you take custom orders?

Can I get touch-up paint or stain for my furniture?
Touch-up paint or stain is available for many of our styles.  For ordering information, please contact our store and one of our trained sales associates can help you.

I need assembly instructions for my furniture.   Where can I get them?
If the item(s) you purchased require assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton.  If they were missing or you have misplaced them, please submit the following information: a copy of your original sales receipt, your name, fax number or mailing address and the model number(s) you need to assemble.  You may fax your request to (414) 357-8469 or mail it to: Economy Wholesale Furniture 6162 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410.

I recently moved, and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser.  Help?
Often damaged parts can be replaced.  If you need to get a replacement part for a product, contact our store for assistance.

How does your delivery service work?  
Orders placed within our local delivery area will arrive on our trucks.  A customer service person will call to arrange delivery.  It is important for someone to be home to accept the delivery on the scheduled day, otherwise a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Are there warranties available?

What is your return policy?
At Economy Wholesale Furniture we want you to feel confident about your purchase.  The furniture being returned must be in re-salable condition and boxed in the original manufacturers' packaging materials.  This excludes bedding and delivery charges.  Returns are subject to applicable delivery or pick up fees.

How long will I have to wait if I ordered something?
Depending on the individual manufacturer, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to special order a specific item.  In some cases, depending on variables such as fabric availability, it can take longer.  Please contact one of our trained associates at (219) 887-7331.
